Impact Solutions is Hiring a Remote Sales Team Excellence Specialist (REMOTE)
Are you passionate about driving sales performance and revenue growth? Our client is seeking to fill a newly created role of Sales Team Excellence Specialist to help accomplish that.
In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies and processes that enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. Your role will involve analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
Improving sales force performance
Implementing key performance metrics
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
Reviewing sales processes and systems to identify and implement improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies
Work with sales trainer to support sales team on sales processes, tools, and techniques
Requirements:
Bachelors degree is required.
Proven experience in a sales excellence role, as a sales analyst, or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and provide actionable insights
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce.com, or similar CRM systems
In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
Experience in business development or expanding business with clients
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Familiarity with sales performance management principles, metrics, and practices a must
Willingness to travel to various locations as needed. The amount of travel is TBD because this is a new position and division some of this will be set by the candidate themselves simply by how the work is structured.
A Six Sigma Certification would be helpful and a plus
MUST have experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or nutraceutical space working with doctors and physicians.
This is a NOT a Sales Representative role. It is a SUPPORT role. Please no pure sales people. We need experience with optimization, Analysis, Systems Utilization, etc.
This role offers a REMOTE work environment with travel about twice a month with the Sales Reps.
