Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with a focus on physical therapy needs.
• Establish measurable and realistic treatment outcome goals based on initial assessments.
• Develop and implement dynamic treatment programs to achieve or significantly progress toward established outcome goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy
• State of ID Physical Therapy License
• Preferred: Master's degree
