- Reconcile all invoices and Purchase Orders/Service Sublets
- Coding for service and parts to Accounts Payable
- Create purchase orders for Parts Department and Service
- Scan invoices to Accounts Payable
- File BOL's, invoices and PO's
- Process core returns
- Process Warranty returns/warranty items
- Roper sales and inventory
- Stocking
- Parts returns to vendors
- Assist shipping/receiving when needed
- Assist with order tracking
- Knowledge of inventory control processes plus shipping and receiving
- Uphold standard work schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous computer experience, preferably using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Lifting requirement of 50 pounds
- Must be available to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
