Our Client a major law firm headquartered in downtown Cleveland is in need of a Litigation Time-entry clerk in their Cleveland office who will be responsible for coordinating time activities for the Litigation Group Leader and legal assistant. This full-time position involves capturing and entering time spent on client matters into the Firm's systems. Daily attention to time details and proficiency in data entry are essential. The role also includes creating and processing daily time charges, tracking and entering billable time, and assisting with bill revisions. Qualifications include a high school diploma, previous law firm or service industry experience, and proficiency in computer applications. The role requires excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills in a hybrid work environment.
