Job Title: Internist/Family Doctor

Location: Enterprise, Alabama

Salary: This position offers a comprehensive financial package with a 3-year employment agreement and a WRVU-based salary. Additional benefits may include a commencement bonus, relocation, loan replacement, CME allowance, stipend (if applicable), health benefits, and 401K.

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Internist/Family Doctor to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to practice in an outpatient primary care setting and will be provided with ample office space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions and diseases
Order and interpret tests and results
Prescribe medications and treatments
Provide preventative care and health education
Develop treatment plans for patients
Monitor patient progress and refer to specialists when necessary

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited institution
License to practice medicine in the state of Alabama
Board certification in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
Demonstrated competence in patient care
Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records

Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in a primary care setting
Knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
