Job Title: Internist/Family Doctor

Location: Bullhead City, Arizona

Salary: We are offering a competitive salary package with bonus structure, relocation assistance, commencement bonus up to $100K, medical loan repayment assistance, excellent health benefits, 401K, potential retention and quality bonus opportunities, annual CME allowance, and referral bonuses.

Job Summary: We are currently looking for an Internist/Family Doctor to join our team in Bullhead City, Arizona. This is a hospital employed opportunity, joining a multispecialty group. The physician must be board-certified or board-eligible. This is an outpatient only role, no inpatient work. The physician will enjoy a high patient volume opportunity with a flexible schedule available. There will be physician outreach and marketing support provided, as well as a medical assistant to start with and additional support as the patient volume grows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage patient care in the outpatient setting
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease process and treatment
Perform physical exams
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases
Prescribe medications
Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests
Monitor and assess patient response to treatments
Refer patients to specialist when needed
Complete medical charts
Remaining current with medical advances and best practices

Qualifications:

Medical degree and current medical license
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (FM/FP)
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Medicine physician
Ability to work efficiently and effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant medical software

Experience and Skills:

Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work independently
Prior experience working with a diverse population
Ability to work with all ages
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
