- Candidates should have 6 years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities and/or finance transactions
- Active Delaware bar admission

As a Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney at this firm, you will be responsible for handling sophisticated fund formations and securities transactions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and provide legal counsel on various matters related to fund structures, regulatory compliance, private placements, offerings, mergers & acquisitions and more.
