Job Description:

Responsibilities:

The RFID Consumables and Field Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the sourcing of RFID consumables (tickets, badges, wristbands, etc.) for client events and managing the execution of client events and operations. This multifaceted role requires a blend of client management, project coordination, and technical expertise.

1. RFID Consumables Management:
   • Coordinate and oversee the sourcing of RFID consumables for client events.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of customers and partners.
   • Work closely with clients and manufacturers to ensure artwork, digital proofs, samples, etc., meet specifications.
   • Create pricing estimates and quotes for client orders.
   • Establish manufacturing production schedules in collaboration with the Operations Team and clients.
   • Provide support and training on products and services.
   • Develop and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
2. Field Operations Management:
   • Successfully deploy solutions (hardware and software) at customer locations across the US in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
   • Establish project plans, timelines, and equipment needs for installations and on-site deliverables.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers and partners.
   • Create a technology deployment matrix and resource planning.
   • Provide support and training on products and services.
   • Develop and enhance processes for maximum efficiency, whether onsite or remote.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong background in client management and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including problem identification, resolution, and customer communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Smartsheet, and Google Apps.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for extended periods (approximately 2 months of travel per year).
• Background or experience in sports/ticket sales is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
• 7 years of experience leading projects (system implementations and business analysis) through all phases of the project life cycle.
• Experience in a client-facing role and working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or equivalent tools.
