Impact Solutions is Hiring a Drug and Alcohol Counselor/Residential Counselor Near Massillon, OH
Drug and Alcohol Counselor/Residential Counselor for our men’s residential facility.
You will play a vital role for our clients who are in treatment recovering from drug and
alcohol addiction.

One of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services
organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more
than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-
based programs, along with supportive services – from basic needs to employment assistance.

What you’ll do:
● Provide chemical dependency and mental health intakes, screenings, and assessments
● Facilitate individual and group counseling as well as client and family education
● Orient new clients to the treatment philosophy
● Provide crisis intervention as needed
● All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
This is a full-time position during day shift hours. Must have the ability to work weekends and have the flexibility to
work additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Minimum of LPC, LSW, or LCDC required
● Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred
● 1 year experience with Alcohol and Other Drugs (AoD) in a residential setting preferred
● Knowledge of addiction, Alcoholics Anonymous and other 12-step programs preferred
● Must have basic computer skills including MS Office
