THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

The Dispatcher is responsible for handling service calls, dispatching, coordinating with clients, and inputting information into the computer system. Reports to the Director of Service Operations.

• Receive and input calls into the Jonas Dispatch system
• Coordinate with Customers for scheduling and building access.
• Prioritize calls based on service needs and maintenance scheduling. Review all work orders on the Jonas Board daily to determine what is needed to schedule and complete them. Include notes in description of work box.
• Dispatch service technicians for HVAC service calls
• Review on a weekly basis the Jonas report for WNC status to ensure that work is being completed in a timely manager.
• Issue vendor purchase orders to technicians as needed.
• Report follow-up service issues or customer-related problems to the Director of Service Operations.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 2 or more years’ experience as a dispatcher in a service field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HVAC service work.
• Working knowledge of safety protocol (Company will provide safety orientation)
• Intermediate computer knowledge including MS Office and general software familiarity.
• Ability to Prioritize.
• Previous customer service experience
• Team Player
• Able to comply with Company’s Drug Free Workplace policy.
