Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts within the Madison, WI area. As a pivotal member of our management team, the Director of Sales will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, innovative sales initiatives, and effective leadership of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and occupancy rates for our hotels in the Madison, WI market.
Lead and inspire a talented sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and support to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and local businesses to drive repeat business and secure new accounts.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and competitive positioning.
Collaborate closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and guest satisfaction goals.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
