This person will be handling the Business Operations of this company. Specifically handling Payroll issues and Benefit issues. This person will negotiate Insurance benefits, 401k and any other benefit contracts and work with payroll issues, benefit issues, etc. as they arise. They will handle negotiation of contracts for licenses and other business agreements with retailers and suppliers, dealing with rebates, chargebacks, negotiate high level 3PL stuff, etc. This person will need to come from a consumer-oriented background, not from the financial world, IT or some other service industry. Any experience with handling eCommerce business would be a plus.
