The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Overseeing one other accounting employee at a small metal product manufacturer
• Overseeing and performing accounting related duties
• Creating accounting related procedures 
• Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning
• Performing payroll related duties
• Ensuring all areas of accounting are functioning properly
• Staying knowledgeable on current accounting and tax topics
• Performing a variety of financial analysis
• Providing accounting related reports and forecasts

The background of the successful candidates must include the following:

• An accounting degree
• Five years of experience as a controller or CFO
• Two years of controller experience at a manufacturer of metal products
• A residence within a 40 minute drive
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
