Content Administrator
Description
Summary:
The main function of the Content Administrator is to edit assigned records in the electronic/digital library according to the company brand.
This includes proofreading and applying appropriate style (tone of voice, grammar, punctuation, formatting, font, color, logos, etc.) to library contents.
The Content Administrator also tags records as needed and assigns records to appropriate library folders for ease of use. The Content Administrator may also engage with internal subject matter experts to request reviews and ensure accuracy of the information.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform assigned tasks using the RFP automated proposal software.
Use associated editing and saving features (checking out records in single or bulk, editing and saving back to the electronic library). Create new records and/or folders if required. Move records to appropriate folders. Contact subject matter experts for content reviews. Assist manager with related tasks.

Writing skills.
Written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under time pressure. Ability to keep organized.
Previous experience with content administration/management/editing; computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with RFP automated proposal software preferred. Education/Experience:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s (English Major) preferred; 1-2 years of experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job can be substituted.
