Full time / day shift w/ weekends and holidays (as needed)
Pay Rate $57.88/hr
The Clinical Supervisor (CS) is a responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager or Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. It is expected that the CS manages and coordinates the unit, directs and supervises caregivers, functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate. CSs scope of responsibility spans all aspects of nursing care. The CS maintains clinical competence and certifications to assist the unit when required.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- ANCC recognized specialty certification (or within 1 year of hire).
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in specialty area.
- 1 year charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Shared Governance experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
