TITLE: Clinical Educator(Professional Develop Coordinator)

LOCATION: New Concord, OH

This facility is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and at the intersection of two Interstates that allows access to several larger metro areas like Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Wheeling.

What they're looking for:

•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, Education, or related field.

•3-5 years experience working with either Med/Surg, ICU, ED or Acute Care experience.

•BLS required.

Hours and Compensation potential:

• Position is full time primarily day shift.

• The range is between 62K-98K depending on experience. They offer a complete benefit package with some relo assistance.

What you'll be doing:

•Provides designated clinical units with educational support, including needs assessments.

•Provides standardized education in area of expertise as well as general education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory, accreditation and certification.

•Assists in the design of education based educational standards, evidenced based practice within the healthcare policies.

Additional info:

•Reports to and works closely with the CNO for clinical education and training. Supervises associates in educational roles within the facility

•Facility is around 100 beds acute care affilitiated with a system.
