Compensation
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $62,222-$88,861. Because of our strong commitment to equity and growth, Impact does not negotiate salaries. Salaries are determined based on years of experience.

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For:
Family and student engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive front office atmosphere, maintain positive relationships with families with a customer service orientation, addressing family and student needs as they arise throughout the day and throughout pick up
Operations
Consistently execute core best practices aligned to the Impact operational model. Manage student enrollment, disenrollment, and family paperwork collection; oversee daily attendance, including reconciling, tardies/early dismissals, and report generation; maintain a clean and functional campus; coordinate with food, transportation, and service providers; manage supply inventory and school purchases; update student records; and oversee room reservations and space use coordination.
Meal Service
Support food service operations, serving breakfast and lunch punctually by heating and distributing food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, operating equipment, monitoring repairs, and managing food delivery records.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflows while managing various aspects of school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, event planning, and data management.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in business or related field
Experience working to close the opportunity gap
Passion for equity and gap closing teaching experience with proven record of student growth
License/Certification
