Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter/Laborer/ Crew Leader to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various painting and labor tasks to support our construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Non Toxic, Positive, Vibes Only.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding surfaces

- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

-Must Not Be Afraid Of Heights, Work In Heat (Mini Fridges In Company Vehicles)

- Follow Instructions, Communicate Materials Needed, Work As A Team, If Problems Arise, Address As A Team, We ALL Make Mistakes, Its How We Address Them Is What Makes Us Who We Are.

- Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and operating power tools

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. PPE Will be provided (Mask) (Gloves)

Skills:

- Ability Cover Floors, Windows, Mask And Tape, To brush, roll, Cover Floors, Windows, Move up to 28Ft Ladders At Times.

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities

- Ability to read work orders, or instructions, And Communicate Through Jobber/Group Me At End Of Each Day.

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work area
