Impact is hiring a Smartsheet Implementation Specialist for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!
The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for conducting the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and implementation of a complete Smartsheet solution for Project Tracking. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical reporting solutions and business recommendations for current and future business needs.
We are looking for candidates who love to work across multiple teams to ensure they are providing a great experience for their user audience and own leadership. Someone who is ready to not only own the application development documentation and configuration, but also contribute to and help drive projects that benefit the larger community of users.
Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design, development, modification, testing, documentation, distribution, training, and on-going support of business solutions
• Identify and address key operational challenges and concerns
• Conduct client facing discovery interviews and documentation of project scope to be developed
• Develop solutions to help the business and client make better decisions, extraction of key data from business applications, and creation and management of operational dashboards to continue reviewing the applicable data sets

Things We Are Looking For

• Bachelors in Business or Management Information Systems degree preferred
• Ability to work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, quick pivot, and rapid change environments
• Detail oriented thinker exhibiting analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Team player that contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to present and build alignment for a course of action
• Well-developed logical structuring approach to solving problems, framing ideas, or developing plans
• Previous experience in meeting tight deadlines while producing quality work
• Can-do, start-up mentality and hands-on approach to problem solving
