The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, heating and A/C, troubleshooting to electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and lock changes. Painting, janitorial, light lawn care and snow removal are also part of the job responsibilities. Must have own tools and available to be on call. The Maintenance Technician follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule. This position covers our Lacrosse property as well as Onalaska and Black River Falls, WI.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
