IMPACT Legal Resources has a great opportunity for a Antitrust Counsel for the NYC Vault 100 Law Firm. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in a wide range of antitrust matters, advising and representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, financing transactions with the potential for antitrust risk, and antitrust compliance. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.
