Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

ability To drive our company vehicles
- Assist with plastering, frame carpentry, concrete finishing, roofing, and other construction tasks as assigned
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with welding and construction inspections
- Install flooring and perform electrical work as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in plastering, frame carpentry, concrete finishing, roofing, and other construction skills
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and use software such as Bluebeam
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
