Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise in special education, behavioral therapy, and data collection will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop appropriate treatment goals - Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices - Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies - Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, including medical records and treatment notes Experience: - Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities - Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices - Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans - Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress - Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral therapy - Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with diverse needs We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
