CTC Crushing is excited to announce an opening for the Quarry Maintenance Manager! The Quarry Maintenance Manager will lead our maintenance team in Las Vegas, NV. If you have hands-on experience with crushing plant equipment and a passion for ensuring safety and efficiency, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team in daily operations.
• Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks to meet production targets.
• Oversee and assist in repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance projects to increase production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of crusher maintenance (jaws/cones/VSI).
• Previous supervisory experience in a quarry setting (2 years).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Commitment to safety and team leadership.
