We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the operations of our crushing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of crushing plant equipment, processes, and procedures (REQUIRED)
• 2 years of experience in crushing plant operations
• 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with maintenance and repair of crushing plant equipment
• Ability to prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Pay Range: $65,000-90,000
