JOB DESCRIPTION:

Life can be hard, and we think it's really important to help our community. We're looking for caring people to be Community Health Workers (CHWs) in California.

As a CHW, you'll be a big help to clients in our community. You'll listen to their problems and help them during tough times. You'll work like a friendly neighbor, giving support for things like health, money, and community.

We need CHWs who can support clients now. You'll help them get the care and things they need, and you'll make sure their families have what they need too.

If you really want to help people in our community and you know how to listen and solve problems, we want you to apply.

Requirements:
Know a lot about our community
Care about people who are having a hard time
Can handle tough situations and find good answers
Can talk nicely and get along with others
Know about places in the community that can help
Bachelors in psychology, social work, human services field or a related field
