Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a 18 month Contract .

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Shipping field replaceable units (FRUs) to the US Field Service Engineers.
- Process returns for all items returned from the field.
- Manage the tool shipment and processing upon return.
- Record receiving transactions in the service ERP and Salesforce.
- Decontaminate all required items returning from the field.
- Shipping and receiving field service items to vendors.
- Prepare shipping documents that are required for domestic and international shipments.
- Enter shipping transactions in the database for field service.
- Moving tracking and handling materials and products as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly desired!
- High School Diploma required.
