*Veros Biologics is looking for full-time experienced and professional Medical Assistants to work with our Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology team in Centennial, Colorado.*
We are a busy practice striving for practice excellence. We are looking for a MA with excellent communication and clinical skills with the ability to transcribe during the office visit. Candidates *MUST *enjoy working as a team; have a wonderful attitude, smiling face, and enjoy patient interaction.

*Duties include:*
* Room patients and perform necessary procedures prior to provider seeing patient
* Communicate with both the patient and the provider in a timely manner
* Review and update past medical history and current history
* Verify that all information in the electronic medical record is up-to-date
* Transcribe for provider during visit
* Assist with prior authorizations
* Coordinate patient care/procedures
* Daily triage of patients’ concerns via telephone and portal messages
* Complete orders given by the provider
* Cleaning/stocking of rooms
* Prepping charts the day before
*Skills Needed:*
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organization skills
* Knowledgeable with electronic medical record documentation (prefer experience with Vitera EHR)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to transcribe using correct medical terminology and standard abbreviations
* Ability to proof-read and correct medical transcription
* Able to work as a team
* Knowledge of professional customer service practices
* Ability to accurately compile data and perform detailed work
* Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to maintain regular attendance
* Practice professional verbal and written communication skills'
