As a Preschool Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans, organizing activities, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 5 years old. You will engage with children in various educational and recreational activities, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring children's behavior and progress, providing feedback to parents and teachers as needed.
