Qualifications as an RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager:

• Must have 2 years experience as a supervisor in LTC
• PA RN License
• Ability to Adapt and take on all responsibilities of the Unit Manager role
• Clinical leadership, Staff management, Budget/Resource management
