Immaculate Conception Catholic School of Special Education is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with special needs. Our team is committed to delivering personalized care and evidence-based interventions to support the unique needs of each student. We seek a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with students in our special needs classrooms, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.

- Provide one-on-one support to students to reinforce positive behaviors and teach new skills

- Collect data on student progress and behavior

- Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and other team members to ensure consistency in intervention strategies

Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and have references. Experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly in a classroom setting, is desirable. Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and pass a background check.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
