Assembly workers are needed for a busy industrial company located in Elk Point, SD. The assembly worker builds outdoor gear and equipment and will use a variety of shop tools and power tools. Assemblers read the manuals and follow the blueprint for proper assembly of the product. Assemblers will work positions that are scheduled M-Th 6 am – 3:45 pm and Fri 6am- 12 pm (varies with workload). Apply at IMKO, 827 Gordon Drive, Sioux City IA.
Requirements of the Assembler
1. Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
2. Using power tools and shop tools
3. Exceed production requirement for the day
4. Organize and maintain drawings to be pulled later
5. Keep safe and clean workspace
6. Forklift will be used
7. Other duties as required
Responsibilities of the Assembler
1. Work from drawings to assemble Client products such as gun carts, gun mounts, towtectors (mudflaps), small parts like reels, spinners, under carriage cleaners, vac systems etc
2. Keep work area organized
3. Other duties as required
