Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Feed Mill Technician to join our team. This position will start on days, 8:00AM to 4:00PM but must be flexible to work 6:00AM to 4:00PM - it will then eventually transition to nights 4:00PM to 2:00AM.

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts and farm machinery.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions and troubleshoot problems.

Fabricate and modify equipment components as needed.

Safely transport materials and products using commercial driving techniques.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.

Housekeeping duties as well.

Skills:
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Ability to fabricate and modify equipment components as needed.

Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment operation.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
