Build a career in growing our business

Join our international Sales and Marketing teams on our Marketing Graduate Programme in one of our three divisions – IMI Precision, IMI Critical and IMI Hydronic Engineering - and you’ll be able to try out a variety of different roles across our business. Spend two years rotating through Sales and Marketing roles, with one rotation giving you the chance to play a part in Growth Hub, our innovation engine, working on several initiatives to help drive our brand strategy forwards.

Responsibilities you could take on include:

· Working alongside the Foresight Team to prepare pitches, plans and host workshops

· Collaborating with distributors to gather information on customer experiences and crafting into presentations

· Updating our brand strategy and creating project plans to ensure effective rollout

What you need

Our programme offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, which means you may need to relocate. You can apply for overseas opportunities as long as you have the right to work in the country you’re applying to.

You will also need a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject area. Key qualities we like to see:
