Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:
- Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical documentation
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, catheterization, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Perform dermal filler injections under the supervision of a physician
- Provide critical care to patients in emergency situations
- Insert and manage intravenous (IV) lines for medication administration
- Educate patients and their families on family planning options and reproductive health
- Support patients in assisted living and nursing home settings

Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Experience administering injections and managing IV lines
- Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledge of memory care techniques for patients with cognitive impairments
- Familiarity with dermal filler procedures under physician supervision
- Ability to provide critical care in emergency situations
