IME WatchDog is Hiring a Patient Advocate Near New York, NY

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Independent Contractors to accompany Plaintiffs to Insurance Medical Exams. The appointments take place throughout the Tri-State Area.

Responsibilities:

- Meet the Plaintiff at the appointment location;

- Make a detailed hand-written record of the appointment;

- Create a computerized report of the exam;

- Submit the report in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills;

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite;

- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities;

- High school diploma or higher;

- Has a car, not required but a big plus;

- Fluent in Spanish, Russian, Bengali, Punjabi, Cantonese, Korean, Creole, Portuguese; not required but a huge plus

This would be a good gig for you if you are:

- Patient, empathetic, communicative, and assertive, not argumentative

- Detail oriented

- Punctual and professional

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Case management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
