RESIDENTIAL LEASING COORDINATOR

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the Property Management Team, you will continue to advance our reputation by providing exceptional service to our residents. The Leasing Coordinator supports the Property Management Teams in managing all aspects including marketing, leasing, and day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Communicating with applicants and processing applications for available apartments

· Compiling move-out paperwork for previous residents

· Supporting sites with lead software

· Creating marketing materials and conducting outreach to potential applicants

· Engaging with residents regarding lease renewals

· Handling various clerical tasks such as drafting letters, emails, and memos

· Organizing and overseeing resident events

· Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

To be a strong fit for the role of Leasing Coordinator, you will have:

· Two years of experience in multi-family property management

· Strong sales skills and a hospitable demeanor

· Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software (preferred but not mandatory)

· A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.

· Excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels and establish relationships internally and externally.

· Demonstrated written and verbal communication proficiency, with meticulous attention to detail.

· Exceptional organizational capabilities

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, effectively managing multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
