JOB DESCRIPTION: This is mostly administrative role help Drivers with tablet issues and documentation request with the occasional In-House truck inspection. The in-house truck inspections will be going out and doing a visual inspection of the units and competing a report of good standings. The same will be required for chassis inspections as well.

• Entry Level Safety Role
• Assist with Conducting and coordinating new driver orientation classes

• Assist in recruiting qualified Owner Operators and Company Drivers
• Send out (fax) VOPE’s for new driver applicants
• Communicate with Application Auditor to get driver applicants qualified
• Inspect driver’s hours of service compliance
• Assist with all aspects of safety compliance: Expired Documents and Training
• Assist with In-House Vehicle Maintenance Program

JOB REQUIREMNTS:

• Ability to conduct CMV driver safety and operations instruction and training in an office setting as well as outdoors. 
• Good knowledge of FMCSR - Preferred
• Good understanding of FMCSR part 395 – Hours of Service of Drivers – Preferred
• Ability and desire to promote IMC to potential CMV drivers 
• Knowledge and understanding of truck maintenance and repair. 
• Willing to Train the right motivated person.
• Willing to Travel to other terminals within the region.
