Position Overview: Supervise banking and treasury management along with leveraging strong accounting and analytical backgrounds to explore historical financial data, predict future results and drive process and policy improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist with Financial Audits
• Preparing of Global Sales Report
• Analyze Property Company deals
• Prepare Health Care Accruals
• Reconcile IMCH BOA Cash accounts
• Support wire and ACH processes and Positive Pay Exceptions
• Prepare Fleet Report
• Support for Corpay
• Interest reconciliation for syndicated Term Loans; Swap management
• Consolidated Reports: Examples: Sales Type and Top Customers
• Support accounting managers with month end tasks 
• Complete ad hoc projects designated by CFO
• Work closely with IT on projects to improve systems processes and automation
• Cost-benefit Analysis and Break-Even Analysis
• Update Forecast Files
• Captive Insurance Reports 
• US Census Surveys
• Reconcile/Audit/Fund TPA Claims account
• Compile large datasets and organize in way to gain insights
• Analyze market trends and US economy and impact on company 

Requirements

• 3 years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software
• Mastery of Excel and large datasets
• Proficient with all other MS Office products
• General Accounting / Accounts Payable Experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
