Jr. Enterprise Support Engineer

The Imagine team is a growing company, and we are inviting a motivated Jr. Enterprise Support Engineer to join our talented team! The Jr. Enterprise Support Engineer will install, configure, manage and maintain workstation computing and software equipment to enable our success. This role is a key position that will provide support to the enterprise to ensure the organization exceeds performance expectations internally and externally.

Essential Duties

  • Install, configure, manage, and maintain workstation computing and software equipment in accordance with established standards under supervision and at direction.
  • Assist in support for implementation, configuration, administration, and use of enterprise solution applications, such as, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Office products suite, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, NetSuite, Salesforce, ManageEngine, etc., under supervision and at direction.
  • Assist in support for workstation computing hardware and software refreshes under supervision and at direction.
  • Assist in support for configuration, administration, and use of enterprise telephony equipment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of enterprise application system issues.
  • Perform and assist with asset tracking and equipment inventory reporting.
  • Work in ticketing queue to respond to and resolve enterprise user service requests and tickets.
  • Assist in other projects as assigned.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and on time.
  • Other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Needed

Minimum of two-year degree from accredited college, university, or technical school in IT-related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on IT experience

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Experience with configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of Windows Desktops.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Environments, primarily desktop operating systems, but server also.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Services, and Web Server services (IIS).
  • General knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other Domain Level functions.
  • General knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure including switches and firewalls.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex environment.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Work Environment 

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Occasional nights and weekends will be required. Up to 5% travel may be required.
