Summary/Objective: The Direct Support Professional II is responsible for assisting in the implementation, coordination, and documentation of goals and objectives for individuals served, as directed. The Direct Support Professional II will be an active advocate for individuals served with an emphasis on individual choice and decision-making. The Direct Support Professional II will assist by providing day-to-day leadership in the provision of services including training of Direct Support Professionals.
