Imagination Crossing is seeking a Director to lead its childcare and preschool program.

The Director must have childcare and leadership experience as well as a background/education in early childhood education. An associates or bachelors degree in early childhood education is required. The candidate must have the leadership capabilities, maturity and communication skills needed to be an effective leader of a medium-sized, high quality childcare center. The candidate must also be able to perform lead teacher duties such as planning and implementing an age appropriate program that supports play, exploration and learning. Applicants must submit to a background check and obtain state required physical exam.

All inquiries must be energetic, dependable, reliable, be able to get along with other staff, be able to smile and greet parent and child when coming and going, be able to talk intelligently to a parent, must be able to lift at least 40 pounds, be able to work with children both inside and outside.
