Challenges and inspires team members to develop and grow while serving as a role model and mentor. Keeps Operations Manager, Chief Operations Officer and other departments up to date. Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor. Ensures the successful completion of all projects assigned to their team. Ensures that clear, concise documentation is written for all bug reports and projects assigned to their team. Ensures that proper Quality Control testing is performed and documented on all software released for deployment by their team. Ensures that the deployment of update packages is properly announced and follows our established guidelines. Ensures that all documentation is kept up to date. Performs as a Analysts Team Leader (Team Leader Job Responsibilities.doc) The Team Leaders are ultimately responsible for their groups. They simply must make absolutely sure that all issues get resolved; keep ringing the alarm until they are resolved. Minimum requirements: 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience. Acquired knowledge/education/experience/expertise of supervision, help desk functions, installation of & training in hardware and software, basic accounting skills along with bug creation, basic QC testing and project management skills.
