Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team at our corporate headquarters in King of Prussia, PA. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will gain valuable experience in analyzing legal documents, evaluating contract language risks and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Technology. This paid internship will be for an eight-week period lasting from May to July and will require up to 30 hours per week.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 hourly 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Finance teams on Customer Contract Analysis Project
• Review and analyze ImageFIRST customer contracts
• Identify and capture key data elements, including but not limited to key dates, contract term, autorenewal, pricing terms and any non-standard language
• Input key data elements into centralized repository

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be working toward a degree in Science, English or Business-related field and be in good academic standing 
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong customer service ad time management skills 
• Ability to correctly make decisions involving challenges including when to escalate the problem to a more senior associate
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and email 

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:

• Review and analyze legal documents
• Evaluate opportunities and risks related to contract language
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales and Technology
