- Register guests, collect payments, provide room assignments, make changes, and accommodate special requests whenever possible
- Operate hotel phone and reservation system, answer questions, provide information, and handle guest messages and mail per established procedures
- Address any guest requests and problems and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
- Answer guest questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information, and services
