Well established sign and graphics company is seeking a full-time Asst. Manager and Client Sales & Service Representative. Job duties include managing the day-day work flow of jobs, by providing guidance and setting priorities for the design and production staff. Making follow-up phone calls and emails to clients and subcontractors to help move jobs to completion. Answering telephone inquiries and working with clients face-to-face, to help achieve satisfactory product solutions. Creates estimates using our business management system. Reinforces our sales efforts by preparing and following up on estimates, sourcing necessary materials and assisting with other sales and administrative duties as required.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable and capable of assuming the responsibilities of a key management team member. Must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be computer literate with current experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.). Ability to post company information and photos on social media sites. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop strongly preferred. You must also be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment, be organized with keen attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and all levels of management.
