Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the face of our company during customer interactions. Duties:
- Safely and responsibly operate a delivery vehicle (van or box truck) to transport goods to customer locations
- Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Collect payments from customers when necessary
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating various locations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading
