IM Global LLC is a bonded warehouse operator. We are seeking a Cantonese/Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Specialist.

The job includes performing all day-to-day operations tasks as needed, including:

• Schedule and coordinate all inbound shipments with vendors, freight forwarders, and trucking companies
• Monitor and track shipment progress and update stakeholders of any changes or delays
• Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for customs clearance
• Ensure that all imported goods comply with relevant regulations
• Maintain updated records of import activities
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues with imported goods
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible shipping terms
• Manage and monitor import budgets
• Identify opportunities to improve import processes
• Stay up-to-date on changes to import/export regulations
• Handle customer inquiries related to imported good

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• 1 year of experience working in import/export operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
