- Commission based, up to 6 figures in salary
- Health Insurance
- We will pay for tool relocation

- Air conditioned/heated shop
- We will pay for recertifications
- 5 years of experience preferred
- Must have own tools
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Examine damaged vehicle and efficiently assist in the repair planning process during disassembly
- Assists in the decision on repair vs. replace considering safety, OEM standards and company guidelines
- Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
- Performs quality repairs while utilizing manufacturer repair procedures
- Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle
- Repairing damage according to manufacturer procedures and company standards.
- Properly mask & protect any areas adjacent to panel(s) to be repaired or replaced.
- Masking any body openings during the repair process to ensure the vehicle remains clean and unaffected
- Wrap and Store parts on carts and/or overhead storage areas to eliminate potential damage and unneeded cost
