A Concierge Associate must be trustworthy, dependable, and patient. The client’s families need to feel comfortable relying on them to care for the needs of the aging adult with integrity. They may be taking the client to shop at local destinations, running errands, or taking them to local entertainment venues. They will also help keep the house clean and safe for the client to live in, including doing light (indoor/outdoor) housework. They will advise the Kare team and family of client needs.

● CNA Certification or equivalent work experience in the medical industry

● Basic knowledge of local attractions and destinations

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Proof car has insurance/insurer

● Greet clients and potential clients with a smile and kind word

● Make reservations or appointments at local establishments upon request of the clients

● Prepare and display meals and snack options for the client(s)

● Assist with the organization of on-site and off-site events, such as milestone events, family events, and vacations

● Deliver and pick-up business/home-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area

● Assist in creating and distributing digital/paper notes about daily activities

● Report to the Kare team management and work with the client’s family to ensure prompt responses to clients’ inquiries

● Notify the appropriate party immediately of supply issues and other concerns

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
